Unfortunately ordered two different types of steak sandwiches through Uber eats and for some reason we got two steak sandwiches with nothing on them, just steak and bread. We just looked at the receipt and it said we requested the sandwiches with nothing, but the app had the prebuilt sandwiches that we ordered. I don’t know who did what wrong but just wanted to make you aware. Thank You!!
Hello I ordered from your new location in greensburg yesterday the 25 of January.I normally don’t complain or even send this kinda stuff.So if it doesn’t sound really professional its cause im a real person.I ordered through Door Dash order was close to 30$ 28.03 to be exact. The DD guy was there for over an hour then he said he got a manager and they said my order was lost .So DD waited another half hour for them to do another order.I finally got the order and this is the second time I got from this location and the wings were way over done and hardly any sauce.These people …All have no idea what they are doing.A good thing is gonna be ruined by theses incompetent people.I have all information if you would like to contact me .Ive had wings from your other penn trafford store and was awsome.
I ordered from Bsb since I moved into the area. Today will be the last. They told me an hour it was 1.5 hrs. We called they said it’s on the way. Called again they said they don’t know where it is and they said they will comp the meal don’t worry about how we are doing…… still haven’t received refund haven’t gotten food. Worst experience I will have and looking into what to do next. Do not order from here
So I’m in ellwood city pa. My sons birthday was last night. I made a 65 dollar order with 3 sets of different wings and a large fry, asked specifically for the wings to be very saucy so we could dip our fries. Wings arrived very dry. Barely any sauce in the container to even roll them in, when I’ve never had issues ordering with friends, but this is twice now with delivery to my home that my orders have been half assed. My boyfriend had to make more sauce to go with his napoleon dynamite wings because they were so dry rubbed they were caked in spices with no sauce. My Pookie wings were more sauced but barely, and they were chicken wings instead of the full pigeon wings that I asked for, and are as advertised. My sons Hot GoldBbq wings were also short on sauce. When I say short on sauce, I mean I had to lay a french fry flat in the bottom of the container to gather sauce to dip it. Really disappointed because any other time I’ve purchased it’s been amazing and drowning in enough sauce for another set of wings. Hope to hear back from you guys.
Ordered from Sharpsburg location yesterday and never got my food that I paid for. They scammed me out of over $40. I tried to call and my calls kept going to a full voicemail box. They won’t refund my money.
I need someone to contact me regarding the weirton wv location.
This manager has became ignorant with teenagers in the parking lot, a public lor no where near his businesses entrance, I have photos as proof and taking to the business Facebook page to tell these teenagers to suck a d**k. This is ridiculous and will close this business down locally. Terrible
